Schedule Appointment

There are two steps to scheduling an appointment.

First we will request contact and basic financial information. This will allow us to let you know if you meet general criterion to rent the home. This does not guarantee actual approval.

Next we will proceed to schedule a specific date and time for you to meet with us to view the home and complete an application.

When you come to see the home we require the following items with the application:

• Copies of the last two paystubs for each adult
• Copies of govenment issued photo id's for each adult
• Application fee of $25 per adult in a money order
